NO CONSENSUS IN THE EQUINOR WAGE SETTLEMENT


Industry Energy Equinor and the company did not reach an agreement in this year’s intermediate settlement. After negotiations for two days, no consensus was reached.
The expectations on an great settlement for our members was not met after several splendid quarterly results and yearly results.
As no consensus was reached the company will execute their final offer.

The final offer:

Individual salary scale
Employees on the individual salary scale will get an individual increase within a 5,6 % scope. Minimum wage increase will normally be 2,7% for individual salary.
The reference point in the wage scale will be adjusted with 4,6%.
New salary will be initiated from 01.07.2023 for Industry Energy Equinor members.

Onshore tariff rates
The onshore tariff rates will be adjusted with 5,6% (minimum NOK 30 737) including holiday pay.
New salary will be initiated from 01.06.2023 for Industry Energy Equinor members.

Offshore tariff rates
For 1460 hours FTEs (full time equivalents), the tariff rates will be adjusted with 5,6% (minimum NOK 41 700) including offshore compensation and holiday pay.
New salary will be initiated from 01.06.2023 for Industry Energy Equinor members.

-shift/night-time work will increase NOK 4,50 to NOK 91,50
-the conference compensation will increase NOK 6,00 to NOK 115
-public holiday bonus increases NOK 75 to NOK 2275 per day

Furthermore, there are changes to the Equinor special agreement on the below points for Industry Energy Equinor members. Applicable to the onshore and offshore individual salary scale.

-shift/night-time work will increase NOK 4,50 to NOK 91,50
-the conference compensation will increase NOK 6,00 to NOK 115
-public holiday bonus increases NOK 75 to NOK 2275 per day

The change for overtime compensation for employees on salary scales I-31 to I-33 will now cover 78 hours, previously 81 hours.
